I’m Mark Logan, an ecommerce consultant with 15 years of hands-on experience across Shopify, WordPress, and Magento. I’ve worked in-house, leading a team of 30 as Head of Ecommerce at Aphrodite Clothing. I’ve built stores from scratch, recovered stores that have been damaged, and managed everything in between. I went freelance in 2024 and work with a small number of retained clients who want someone genuinely invested in their store’s performance.
Shoptimum exists because I kept seeing the same thing. Store owners following AI advice that wasn’t built for their business, implementing tools they didn’t fully understand, and then wondering why their traffic dropped or their margins got worse. Most of that advice isn’t malicious. It’s just generic, and generic doesn’t work in ecommerce, where every store has its own products, its own customers, and its own set of variables that matter.
